Amazing and Experienced Attorney

I filed an affirmative Asylum when I arrived here in the United States, which the USICS officer denied and referred me to the Immigration Court for removal process because my permission had expired. The lawyer who helped me at this point backed out and I had to hire a second lawyer whose charges were so expensive that left me with huge debts and agony, his reasons being that my case was too bad and he needed to work more. Even with the huge amount paid he could not guarantee any success. Eventually my case with the immigration court also was denied and I was ordered to be removed. We went through BIA and I kept on fighting for my life and family’s survival. At this point, the attorney demanded for more money despite my financial situation and refused to go on with my case if all payment was not made upfront, then I had few days to either file a motion with the immigration court or leave the country. I tried hiring other lawyers but was unable to get an affordable one. Everyone I went to turned down my case for either insufficient time to file the motion or was demanding huge amount of dollars. At this point I lost hope and was preparing for the worst. In the process, I contacted Victor Okeke. Esq who had compassion and picked up my case despite the time constraints. With my little funds, he filed motions and then fought vigorously through the decisions of the BIA and the immigration Judge and finally won my asylum case. I was so shocked the way it all turned out. Victor Okeke is such an amazing, experienced, thorough, compassionate and truthful Immigration Attorney I have ever encountered. NOIR- Affirmed!!!

Wow! What can I say about Victor, yes l called him by Victor because he treated me like family the moment I met him for a consultation. He also,said , Renea you don’t have to call me Attorney Okeke, call me Victor. At that moment, Victor felt like family.

I contacted Victor in reference to a Notice of Intent to Revoke(NOIR) my original approved I130 Petition that I filed on behalf of my husband from USCIS.

Unfortunately, my husband had an interview with the US Embassy in Ghana and was denied because the consular felt our marriage was a shame for immigration purposes only. We were so devastated that the consulate felt our marriage wasn’t real. We knew that our case had some challenges due to age gap, multiple marriages and Ghana being a high fraud country. With that said, choosing an experienced attorney that specializes in difficult immigration cases was paramount to us.

After meeting with Victor, I had no doubt that he was the one to prepare our rebuttal for the NOIR that we received from USCIS.

During the consultation, he was very thorough in explaining the process to me and requested that I submit as much evidence that I could gather in such a short time frame(we only hand three weeks to submit the rebuttal to USCIS.

I submitted a ton of evidence to him and he decipher the information and selected the evidence that would make a great impact in proving that our marriage is bonifide.

When Victor, emailed me a soft copy of the rebuttal and the evidence he selected to submit with the rebuttal, I was astonished in how professional this was done in such a short time frame. Being a formal paralegal and worked for many attorneys, I have never seen such excellent work!!!

Victor, is a man of integrity, very humble and truly love and have compassion for people that is going through this difficult process. He truly feel your pain and emphasize with you.

After Victor submitted the rebuttal, we were reaffirmed within 3 weeks. I truly believe we were approved so quickly because of the “Class A” rebuttal and packet that Victor submitted.

Excuse me for the long review, but I can go on and on in how we received such excellent service from Victor.

Oh I can’t forget this…Victor cost for legal services are by far cheaper than other immigration law firms that I contacted. It says a lot again about his love and compassion for people.

Now we are waiting for my husband interview and I am sure he will be here with me in the USA very soon thanks to Victor.

An outstanding and extraordinary immigration attorney

I had a very complicated case and was going back and forth, to the immigration court having been put in removal proceedings in Feb. 2009 in New Orleans.
My first attorney was only available when it was time to make payments to him. After paying him, he becomes invisible only to reappear in the next pay date.
However, everything changed when I moved from Louisiana to Atlanta and contacted Victor Okeke’s office in Aug. 2013. Victor immediately filed a motion to transfer my file from New Orleans immigration court to Atlanta immigration court which was granted. Victor listens more and talks less, but his actions speak volumes. He is very honest, thorough and dedicated. But most importantly, Victor was always available to discuss the progress my case with me.
Please, always get an immigration attorney when dealing with USCIS. I had a stokes interview in Nov. 2014 and my I-130 was approved same week in November. My court case was closed in March 2015, after Victor Filed a motion to terminate my immigration proceedings and my I-485 was transferred to USCIS for adjudication. We were called for another interview for my I-485 in June 2015, but my wife could not show up due to work related issues. Victor filed a brief and successfully argued that my wife’s presence be waived for the interview. It was granted and I was interviewed and my I-485 was approved. I now have my 10 year green card in my pocket.
Having dealt with more than one attorney, I will highly recommend that you contact Victor Okeke’s office if you have any dealings with either USCIS or immigration court. Victor’s expertise in all aspects of immigration law is second to none.
